The PerfectLens Official Scratch & Save Rules

Event Period

The Scratch & Save card event commences on or about Nov. 21, 2019 12:00AM PST. Scratch cards will be included in order packages until Dec. 31, 2019 11:59PM PST or while supplies last, whichever occurs first.

Eligibility

1. Must be the legal age of majority in their province/territory.
2. All residents of Canada are eligible to win except those residing in Quebec. We regret that residents of Quebec are ineligible from participating.
3. Employees of LM Global Enterprises are not eligible to participate in the Scratch & Save event.

How to Win

Commencing on Nov. 21, 2019 at 12:00AM PST, PerfectLens customers will receive a Scratch & Save card in their order packages after they make a purchase on the website, while supplies last.

Every Scratch & Save card is a winning card.

General Rules

1. Prizes must be redeemed before the expiration date printed on the cards.
2. For the grand prize, winners must contact Customer Service in order to claim their prize. The grand prize will be awarded to the winner all at once and cannot be refunded/exchanged.
3. To claim the grand prize, claimant must pass a skill testing question as required by law.
4. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not convertible to cash by prize claimants.
5. Prizes cannot be transferred to other individuals.
6. Scratch & Save cards that were obtained through unauthorized sources or which are altered, reproduced, forged or counterfeited in any way, are automatically void.
7. The Scratch & Save cards will consist of the following printed messages, in various combinations:
   • You Won the Grand Prize. Contact Customer Service to claim your prize.
   • 10% OFF (with coupon code)
   • 15% OFF (with coupon code)
   • 20% OFF (with coupon code)
8. By claiming a prize, prize claimants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, and/or place of residence without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by the Event sponsor.
9. The Event Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the event at any time if it determines that for any reason the event cannot be run as originally planned or for any other occurrence compromising the fairness or integrity of the event.

The approximate retail value of the grand prize is $930. Approximate retail values of percentage discounts are not provided as there is no retail value to them.

No Purchase Necessary: To receive one free Scratch & Save card and/or a copy of the official rules, please send a FREE Scratch Card request in writing to: PerfectLens Scratch & Save Event, 118-6741 Cariboo Road, Burnaby, V3N 4A3 British Columbia, Canada.

All requests for a FREE Scratch & Save Card must be postmarked by Dec. 15, 2019 and received by Dec. 31, 2019. Limit of one FREE Scratch request per envelope with sufficient postage, while supplies last. No mechanical reproductions of requests permitted. All FREE Scratch Card requests must include a postage-paid, self-addressed return envelope.

Odds of Winning

The overall approximate odds of being eligible to win the grand prize of an entire year’s supply of contact lenses is 1 in 8,000 in Canada.

The denominator used to calculate these odds is the maximum quantity of printed Scratch & Save Cards.

Distribution of Prizes

1. 7,540 customers will be winners of a 10% reduction off the price of their next purchase;
2. 400 customers will be winners of a 15% reduction off the price of their next purchase;
3. 55 customers will be winners of a 20% reduction off the price of their next purchase;
4. 5 customers will be grand prize winners of one year supply of contact lenses not exceeding a total value of C$1,000, and excluding the following products: Feliamo/N’s Collection/Lilmoon/FreshLook One-Day.

These numbers are based on a distribution of 8,000 cards.

Skill Testing Question

In accordance with government contest law requirements, grand prize winners must provide a correct answer to the following mathematical skill testing question:

• Multiply 2x5
• Add 5
• Subtract 9
• Add 2
• Answer ___

In the event of incidents occurring not contemplated by LM Global Enterprises Ltd., clarification and determination of application of the Rules in such instances is at the sole discretion of LM Global Enterprises Ltd.
