Do you have Multifocal, Toric & Astigmatism or +PWR contact lenses?
arrowSorry, we currently do not. We hope to expand our inventory in the future to carry a wider range of lenses, but at the moment we do not have a timeline for when we can begin carrying specific products.
I can't find my prescription strength
arrowDue to stock constraints, we only carry a limited selection of contact lens strengths, especially in higher PWR. Please also note that we do not currently carry multifocal contact lenses, or contact lenses for Astigmatism or Presbyopia (+PWR).
I think I have defective lenses, what do I do?
arrowPlease keep the lenses and all their packaging, and send us photos of the suspected defective lenses and barcode of the box they came in. We will reply to you with further instructions.
I ordered the wrong prescription strength, can I exchange?
arrowWe may be able to exchange unopened boxes to the correct PWR. Please email us with photos of the barcode for each box you would like to exchange.
My order was returned to sender, what do I do?
arrowIt may be possible to re-send your order. Please note that if your order is returned due to a mistake when entering your shipping address, you will be required to pay shipping costs to re-send.
